Dr. Stefan Klein has been managing director of DGM and DGM-Inventum GmbH since 2020. Before this, the physicist worked for more than nine years at the German Aerospace Center's Institute of Materials Physics in Space.

Sebastian Koch has been deputy managing director of DGM-Inventum GmbH since 2022. He works on digital platforms and processes for events, members and committees.

Dipl.-Ing. Stephan Siewert has worked in event management at DGM-Inventum GmbH for more than ten years. The materials scientist plans scientific congresses, trade shows and training courses.

Ramzi Abdel-Haq plans conferences, workshops, trade shows and hybrid events. He coordinates technical equipment, external partners and on-site support.

Thorsten Weber has been an event manager at DGM-Inventum GmbH since 2015 and has more than 20 years of professional experience. He is responsible for trade shows, sponsorship and exhibitions and manages audio, streaming and presentation technology.

Petra von der Bey has worked in event management for almost 40 years. She organizes national and international conferences and coordinates program committees and partner organizations.

Julia Parimski has been DGM's training and professional development coordinator since 2024. She organizes seminars, webinars and hybrid training courses and coordinates speakers, registration and participant communication.

Sina Stephan has worked in PR and event management at DGM-Inventum GmbH since 2023. She plans external communication and creates content for science, industry and the public.

Andy Aguila has headed finance and human resources at DGM-Inventum GmbH since 2021. He manages invoicing, payment processes, controlling and the agreed handovers to accounting.

Sami Abdel-Haq has supported the team at scientific conferences for several years. He focuses on setting up, dismantling and operating event technology.

Luca Kanaan supports the event team with logistics and on-site assistance. He coordinates materials, catering and transport between event venues.

Melina Karst supports the team with event technology, catering and logistics. She has worked as a student employee at DGM-Inventum GmbH since 2025.

Angelina Pennavaria supports events and the DGM-Inventum GmbH press team. She works on campaigns, teasers and content for various communication channels.

Lennart Schelbert has supported the team at scientific conferences for several years. He handles tasks in event technology, logistics and on-site support.
