Browse, zoom in on and vote for posters

The poster gallery brings scientific contributions to the screen and complements discussions at the poster wall.

  • Browse contributions visually: swipe, drag or use arrow keys to move through the gallery; search by topic, author or institution.
  • Read in detail: open a large poster view, zoom in, open the abstract and session, and find the contributors.
  • Track your progress: favorites and viewed posters help you explore a large gallery systematically.
  • Support poster awards: optional voting with a defined period and vote allocation. Your votes remain traceable and can be withdrawn within the permitted period.

On request, digital poster panels on site show the same approved content. Contribution-specific questions can be offered through the forum.

Digital poster panels

Posters and programs on on-site displays

Approved posters can be selected and read in detail on digital panels and tablets. The abstract, authors and corresponding session appear alongside each contribution. Between poster sessions, the same panels can show the program, upcoming sessions and current event notices on request.

  • Paired with a display: a poster selected at the terminal appears large on a display; zooming and panning are mirrored. Without input, the display returns to the slideshow with program information and notices.
  • Shared content: prepare posters for the web app and digital on-site stations.
  • Direct discussion: view contributions together and discuss them during the poster session.
  • Planning and support: agree locations, displays, power supply, network and operation together. Notices and changes are maintained centrally.

Digital panels can complement a printed poster exhibition or be used as a format of their own.

Plan a printed poster exhibition

A printed poster exhibition gives researchers space to present their findings in person. We plan poster areas, numbering and integration into the conference program with you.

The online gallery complements the exhibition: participants find contributions before the poster session and can revisit them afterward. On-site digital panels and optional poster voting can be included in the concept.
