Contract templates, personal details and signatures belong in a shared process. Your organization can see which agreements are ready and where a response is still needed. Lecturers review their documents in their personal portal.

For an event, you manage many individual agreements in the same workspace. The example shows preparation, internal countersigning, signing in the portal and storage of the completed documents.
Your template combines master data with the added activity and fee details.
Personal details and configured contract fields complete the reusable template.
The checked PDF is provided for countersigning in the configured order.
The lecturer checks their documents and signs through their personal account.
The signed version and processing history remain available with the record.
Animated feature illustration with fictional data and an illustrated signature. No contracts are created, sent or signed here.
Templates, attachments, questions and signatories can be configured for different event formats and activities. Proven configurations are copied to a new project and adapted there.
Master data, contacts and addresses are inserted into contract PDFs through placeholders. You add event dates, scope of services, honoraria and payment terms through the configured fields and questions.
Select several lecturers and send a request for additional details as a bulk action. Missing answers and documents remain visible for each person; the contract PDF and signature request are created and approved for the individual record.
The document preview shows the personalized agreement. Attachments, contracting parties and signature fields are part of the template; the person responsible checks the documents before requesting signatures.
Internal and external signatories receive the configured roles. A fixed order can require internal countersigning before the lecturer signs, for example; parallel signing is also possible.
Lecturers see their own agreements and available documents in the protected portal. They can complete their details, review the contract, sign digitally and download the released PDFs.
A rejection and its feedback remain traceable with the contract. After a change, a new version is generated and made available for signing again.
When reminders are enabled, the configured workflow requests missing details or outstanding signatures. Intervals, templates, the maximum number and internal escalation are defined for your organization.
Search, process sections and filters by status and contract group help manage large numbers of agreements. Date and status can be used for sorting. Project allocation links agreements to your event.
Drafts, missing details, generated PDFs, requested signatures, rejections and fully signed or completed records remain identifiable. Canceled records and superseded contract versions remain distinct. Your team can see who still needs to provide something before the event.
Honoraria and payment terms are recorded in the configured fields and included in the agreement. During setup, we agree how these details are passed to your honorarium billing process.
Updated agreements and additional documents stay linked to the record. Regenerating a contract replaces the active version; old signing links and signatures are not reused for the new version.
Contract versions, documents, status changes, feedback and signature evidence remain traceable. The completed signed version can be provided and archived as a PDF.
Project access and role-based permissions control who can view, create and edit agreements. Signatories receive the personal access intended for their task.
We discuss your event formats, contract templates, required details and countersignatures. We configure portal access, reminders, responsibilities and handovers to your honorarium billing process to match your team's workflows.
