Self check-in · Name badges · Vouchers/tokens

Arrive and check yourself in

Participants check themselves in at QR code stations and collect their name badge and booked vouchers/tokens. This reduces the reception workload and gives your team more time to help guests with questions.

How it works

Check in with your personal code

The personal check-in code is available in the participant email, booking portal and web app. At the terminal, participants hold it in front of the camera on their smartphone or on paper.

The system checks the booking, ticket validity and payment status before issuing items. It then prints the name badge or ticket and the designated vouchers/tokens.

Clear instructions, confirmations and help messages guide the process in German and English.

The personal code is available by email, in the booking portal and in the web app.

Booking, ticket validity and payment status are checked before printing.

The name badge is printed; booked vouchers/tokens can be printed at the same time.

Alternatively, a separate central station issues vouchers/tokens. This speeds up check-in; items already issued are not printed again.

Name badges

Print and issue name badges on site

The name badge is printed after successful check-in. We select badge holders and lanyards to suit your event and have them ready at reception. Our team helps with distribution and printing queries.

Vouchers/tokens

Vouchers/tokens for booked services

Vouchers/tokens are issued according to each booking, for example for lunch or other additional services.

Print at check-in or issue centrally

The check-in station can print vouchers/tokens together with the name badge. Alternatively, they can be issued at a separate central station, where participants scan their name badge to receive their vouchers/tokens. This makes check-in itself even faster.

Track distribution

The system records printing and distribution and prevents repeated collection. The counter team handles outstanding questions or printing problems.

Stations, equipment and reception staff

We plan stations and routes to suit the venue, participant numbers and expected arrival times. Tablets, scanners and printers for name badges and vouchers/tokens are prepared and tested before the event.

Your team does not have to process every arrival individually. Staff remain available, provide directions and help with outstanding bookings, payment queries or special requests.

We adapt name badges, lanyards and vouchers/tokens to your event. Booking data and distribution workflows are managed in the same system.
