Review in the platform

Review and revise papers in the PDF viewer

Reviewers read the paper in the PDF viewer, highlight passages, add comments, or draw annotations. Each note remains linked to its location in the document.

Internal discussions help the committee coordinate its feedback. The designated person shares the decision and selected notes with the authors. A revised version can then be reviewed again.

Cover, table of contents, and contribution details

A volume that reflects your event

The cover and chapter structure use your event details and visual identity. The table of contents draws titles, author names, and affiliations from the contribution data and adds page numbers. Individual PDFs become one complete volume.

Cover and event details

Your event title, date, location, colors, and background provide the basis for the cover. Committee and event information can be included in the volume.

Table of contents

Contribution numbers, titles, authors, affiliations, and page references are taken from the stored data.

Sections and page numbers

Sessions organize the volume. Individual PDFs receive continuous page numbering, and PDF bookmarks help readers navigate the manuscript volume.

Additional information

We agree with you on any further information to include and how to incorporate it into the available templates.

Abstracts or full manuscripts

We work with you to select the contributions, versions, and event details to include in the publication.

Book of abstracts

The selected abstract PDFs are automatically compiled into a volume with a cover, table of contents, page numbers, and author index.

Manuscript volume

Full papers are compiled into a PDF volume with a cover, session sections, a table of contents, and continuous page numbering.

The uploaded PDFs provide the content. Automatic compilation adds the structure and indexes while preserving the layout within each submitted paper.

DOI registration on request

A DOI for your publication

We can issue a DOI for your publication on request. Together, we define which content it covers and prepare the details for registration.

Define the publication

We determine which content will receive a DOI and the publication URL it should point to.

Prepare the metadata

The title, authors, publisher, publication year, and other required details are prepared for registration.

Register the DOI

Once the details have been checked, we handle registration through DataCite. The DOI can then be included in the publication details.
